SCOPE INDIA TRUST (Society for Community Organization and People’s Empowerment) is a non-profit initiative founded by development professionals committed to the integrated upliftment of the downtrodden, guided by Gandhian principles. Originally known as Sathiyam Sahayam Trust (“Truth Sharing Trust”), the organization has served for over 25 years to support deprived, marginalized, and differently-abled individuals across Tamil Nadu. Governed by experienced leaders in community development, SCOPE India works to restore dignity, protect rights, and build resilient communities through compassionate, community-based interventions.

Our key focus areas include palliative and home care, geriatric care, targeted interventions for female sex workers, transgenders, and MSM, and child rights and protection. We also specialize in capacity building, strengthening community-based organizations, and disaster risk management, while providing essential support to vulnerable children, women, elders, youth, and the homeless. In addition, SCOPE India implements large-scale awareness programs on cyber safety, financial literacy, health, sanitation, and other community issues, advancing holistic and inclusive development across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
